1. CSV Customer Data Downloads

Unlock the power of Playfood’s marketing panel with a new enhancement – a downloadable file of valuable customer information. This file includes essential data such as:

  • Customer names;

  • Phone numbers;

  • Email addresses;

  • Date of activation;

  • Total number of orders;

  • And the average bill for all those orders.

This feature empowers our partners' marketing teams in several ways.

  1. Firstly, they can analyze customer behavior more effectively, identifying trends and preferences to tailor marketing campaigns.

  2. Secondly, it enables targeted outreach, allowing partners to segment and reach out to specific customer groups.

  3. Lastly, the CSV export facilitates customer loyalty programs, personalized offers, and more, helping our partners boost engagement and drive growth in their food delivery services.

This feature offers a treasure trove of insights to enhance marketing strategies and elevate the overall customer experience.

2. Real-time courier tracking feature enhancement

With this latest update, we introduce a real-time courier monitoring feature, providing our users with a dynamic view of their couriers on the map. While our platform has always allowed users to track courier progress through status updates and route displays on the customer’s mobile app, this new feature provides an even more immersive and accurate experience. Now, customers can actively monitor the live allocation of couriers, allowing them to see exactly where their order is in real-time. This feature adds an extra layer of transparency to your food delivery service.

3. UI/UX improvements in Call Center (Onde integrated flow)

In the previous release, we merged the 'Information' and 'Events' sections into one simplified and unified field in the Call Center panel. These changes necessitated several UI/UX enhancements. Among the most notable updates in the Call Center, we've introduced a feature that distinguishes between couriers from our integrated solution and those from standalone ones. Now, integrated couriers are clearly marked with a special identifier, making it easier than ever to differentiate and manage your resources. This means you can seamlessly identify and access more order information for integrated couriers.
