Get ready for an awesome upgrade! We're rolling out some cool features and updates to Playfood software – our white-labeled food delivery platform and mobile apps. This release isn't just a tweak – it's a game changer. Let's take a closer look at each major update.

1. Seamless Integration with Sunmi Devices

In this release, we are excited to introduce compatibility with Sunmi devices, a game-changer in the world of mobile POS solutions. Sunmi devices are renowned for their reliability and versatility in the hospitality industry. With this update, our unique Vendor App can now be seamlessly installed on Sunmi devices, providing an integrated and efficient solution for our partners and their vendors.

Our team has diligently double-checked and enhanced the entire order flow, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive user experience. Push notifications and alarms have been fine-tuned to provide timely updates and alerts, keeping both vendors and customers informed at every stage of the delivery process. Additionally, we've revamped the bill printing feature, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with the Sunmi device capabilities, guaranteeing clear and accurate transaction records.

One of the standout features of this update is the expanded compatibility with any Sunmi device, whether it's the V2 or V2s model. This means that our food delivery system can seamlessly integrate with a wide range of Sunmi devices, offering flexibility and convenience to our partners and their vendors. Additionally, Sunmi devices offer the unique benefit of remote monitoring and remote blocking, providing valuable tools for our partners to manage their operations efficiently.

2. Personal Promo Codes

We're thrilled to introduce a ground-breaking feature that will have a significant impact on customer retention – Personal Promo Codes. With our enhanced system, food delivery services now have the ability to create personalized promo codes tailored to specific customers, encouraging them to place their first order or to re-engage after a period of inactivity. In particular, the Marketing Module and the 'Promo Codes' section particularly have been restructured to provide an intuitive interface for creating and managing these personalized incentives.

Keeping track of your promo campaigns is now easier with the updated UI/UX, as shown in the image below. Dive into the 'Customers' section to monitor all the promo codes associated with a particular customer, conveniently accessible by opening the customer card. Customers themselves can easily view the promo codes available to them by clicking on the 'My Promo Codes' button in their app account.

At the checkout point, a new button has been introduced, allowing users to choose from a list of available promo codes and seamlessly apply them to their orders. This powerful tool empowers your food delivery service to build stronger relationships with customers through personalized incentives, driving loyalty and enhancing the overall user experience. Enhance your marketing strategy and increase customer loyalty by harnessing the power of Personal Promo Codes.

3. Super App update (Onde Integrated version)

Our Super App is an all-in-one platform that seamlessly integrates Taxi service and Food Delivery into a single, user-friendly application. So that our partners get two business branches, two software solutions and teams to increase the value for each partner and make every launch the smartest one.

As part of the Super App updates, the marketplace button is now renamed from "Food Delivery" to simply "Delivery".
