  1. Streamlined Support: Call Centre Panel Update

In our latest update to the Call Centre Panel, we've streamlined the customer support process even further. Building on our previous release, where we revamped the checkout page and introduced a payment method drop-down, we've now added payment method icons directly into each order in the Call Centre Panel. This enhancement allows your operators to quickly and easily identify the payment method used for each order, giving them all the relevant information at a glance. This update is designed to speed up operations and facilitate more efficient problem resolution, ensuring that your team can provide the best possible support to your customers.

2. Enhanced Control: Percentage Promo Code Restrictions

We've made an important improvement to the Promo Codes section in our latest update to the Marketing Panel. Now, Operations Managers or Marketing Managers can set a limit on percentage discount promo codes. This means, for example, that you can offer a promo code for 20% off the basket total, but limit the discount amount to a specific monetary value. This feature significantly increases the overall profitability of food delivery projects by allowing precise control over promotional reinvestment and funding, ensuring balanced and strategic discounting across all segments.

For our operating partners, we offer a unique and highly valuable tool - the Business Model Calculator. This calculator comes with an in-depth analytical report that highlights the problem areas and shows how the overall profitability of your business will change positively after the changes are made. 3. Streamlined Catalog Configuration

Following best practice from global delivery leaders, we've made a significant change by moving parameters from Dish Settings to Components. This update streamlines our partners' workflow by allowing them to use the same components across different dishes, saving valuable time and effort. This change is invisible to the customer. The new process works as follows: dish variants are now configured in the Components section. Create or select a group of components for different dish variants, with each variant as a separate component within the group.


For example, you could create a component group called "Pizza Margherita" with components for each size, such as "Small Margherita" and "Large Margherita". Then go to your dish, select the component group, click 'Add' and specify whether it is mandatory or optional, choosing a default option if necessary.
